Notable Nigerian politician and entrepreneur, Shina Peller, has clarified that the popular TikToker known as Peller is not a member of his family.
During a recent interview on Channels TV, Shina Peller explained that while his family name has become widely recognized due to his late father’s work as a magician, the TikToker has no familial ties to them.
Shina Peller noted that his family adopted the surname “Peller” after it was bestowed upon his father, the renowned magician, Professor Peller. He acknowledged the TikToker’s clever use of the name to build his brand but firmly stated:
“Truly, Professor Peller’s family is quite extended, but he is not a member of the family. The name ‘Peller’ was given to our father as a magician, and it’s a name the family has adopted since then. The comedian is not a member of the Peller family. He’s just being smart and has been able to gain fame with the name, but I can categorically say he’s not related to us.”
The clarification comes amid growing public curiosity about the TikToker’s connection to the illustrious Peller family.
