The funeral rites for the remains of late Nollywood actress, Moji Olaiya took off today June 6, 2017 with her colleagues holding a Memorial Service & Artiste Night at the BLUEROOF, LTV 8 Ikeja, Lagos.
All dressed in black, guests have started arriving at the venue and programme ongoing.
Present are the Burial Committee members which includes Faithia Balogun, Bisi Ibidapo-Obe, Yomi Fabiyi and others.
The remains of the late actress will arrive tonight and be received at the Murtala Mohammed Airport, Lagos.
Moji Olaiya, who was one of the children of highlife music icon, Victor Olaiya, died on May 18 while abroad, two months after the birth of her baby. She had her second daughter in March and reports have it that she must have suffered complications as a result of childbirth. Her baby was born premature.
The deceased is survived by her two parents, her two daughters— one aged 20 and the other only two months old who she had gone to be delivered of in Canada.
