Popular Nigerian skit maker, content creator, and actor, Zic Aloma, has sparked massive reactions online after sharing a new video, three weeks after undergoing rhinoplasty (nose surgery).
In the now-viral clip circulating on X (formerly Twitter), Aloma gave fans an update on his recovery process while addressing speculations about his decision.
Why He Did the Surgery
According to him, he had always been self-conscious about his nose, revealing that his siblings constantly mocked him over its shape while growing up.
“My siblings constantly insulted my nose, calling it too big and ugly. Among us, I was the only one with this type of nose. It made me feel different.”
He clarified that he underwent the procedure purely for aesthetic reasons and not for any medical concerns, stating that he had always wanted to reshape his nose since childhood.
Recovery Progress & Cost
Aloma assured fans that the swelling had significantly reduced compared to his last video and would continue to subside over time.
He also addressed the curiosity surrounding the cost of the surgery, surprising many by revealing that he did not pay for it but rather collaborated with a hospital for the procedure.
“I want the speculations to continue, but for the sake of transparency, I didn’t pay for the procedure. It was a collaboration between me and a hospital.”
