Indeed, On Air Personality/TV presenter, Toke Makinwa shut down Lagos on Friday November 3 when she clocked 33 years.
The petite OAP had on her guest-list, actresses Toyin Aimakhu and Tonto Dikeh who dressed in sexy outfit to the party.
Toke, also an author, whose tell-all book, On Becoming, took over the social media space last year, marked her new year with the launch of a tote bag which has her name inscribed on it.
Now a luxury bag manufacturer, she has indicated more are still coming from her stable.
Toke writes on her birthday:
“One year after and you are still my favourite story? when God gives you a vision, he has perfected and finished it even before it enters into your heart. You’ve taken me before kings and great men, I have travelled near and far and I have been blessed to meet so many wonderful people, I have heard of people breaking out of their comfort zones to become more, I have become much more myself. Who would have imagined it? Thank you OnBecoming, you’ve changed my life forever and I owe it all to God. It’s one year today and I’ve become so much more .” (sic)
As she launched the designer bag, Toke seized the opportunity to admonish on vision and goal-getting strategies.
She wrote:
