The West African Examinations Council has officially released the timetable for the 2026 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for school candidates.
The examination body shared the schedule via its X (formerly Twitter) platform on Monday, outlining key dates for the upcoming exams.
According to the timetable, the examination will commence on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, and conclude on Friday, June 19, 2026.
The first papers scheduled are Foods and Nutrition 3 (Practical) Planning Session and Home Management 3 (Practical) Planning Session, which will kick off the examination process.
Candidates and schools are expected to take note of the timetable and make necessary preparations ahead of the examination period.
