The unending war between the Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir el-Rufai and Senator Shehu Sani took a hilarious turn recently when the governor labeled the senator as a jobless blogger.
However, the Senator took to Twitter to respond to the jibes thrown at him.
Recall that the Kaduna State Governor, Nasir el-Rufai, three jibes at former senators Shehu Sani and Uthman Hunkuyi on Wednesday in Kaduna.
Responding to the Kpop Ham, Danladi Maude, who paid him a courtesy visit at the Sir Kashim Ibrahim House in Kaduna on Wednesday, El-Rufai said Sani had become a blogger after being kicked out while Hunkuyi had relocated to China.
Sani left the All Progressives Congress (APC) after clashes with El-Rufai to join the Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) where he lost his seat (Kaduna Central) at the National Assembly during the 2019 elections to the APC candidate, Uba Sani.
El-Rufai said: “We have kicked out Shehu Sani, who has now become a blogger and Uthman Hunkuyi who has now relocated to China with his family for not giving the people of Kaduna State the opportunity of getting the loan that will help in improving the lots of Kaduna people.”
The governor lamented how people misunderstood him when he gave sensitive appointments to non-indigenes, saying they were based on competence.
“We care about capacity, competence and commitment to service. All the people appointed by us are strictly and basically on merit.
“If we used politics, no one from Jaba local government will be appointed by our administration because of the poor election results,” he said.
Responding, Shehu Sani tweeted, “The Governor say he don turn me to a http://blogger.Eh dey pain am they no travel with tam to Japan after he don spend 3 days for Abuja with him http://passport.No be me deny you visa,no be me remove your name put Zullum.Tallman,Make you leave me,face Kyari.”
