Roberto Carlos In Legal Dispute Over $166M Fortune After Divorce

Brazilian football legend and Real Madrid icon Roberto Carlos is reportedly entangled in a legal battle following his separation from his wife, Mariana Lucon.

The couple, who married in June 2009, have ended their 15-year marriage, with reports suggesting that the divorce settlement is expected to be complex due to Roberto Carlos’ vast fortune, valued at approximately $166 million (£133 million).

According to Estadio Deportivo, Roberto Carlos, 51, has temporarily moved to Real Madrid Sports City, the club’s training ground in Valdebebas, while Lucon remains in their main residence.

Carlos is widely celebrated as one of the greatest full-backs in football history. During his illustrious 11-year career with Real Madrid (1996–2007), he won four La Liga titles and three UEFA Champions League trophies.
