Though it has not been announced whether she would be buried in Nigeria or Canada, plans are already in motion to ensure that Nollywood actress, Moji Olaiya who died of cardiac arrest in Ontario, Canada is given a befitting burial.

Already, a 12-member burial committee has just been set up which is chaired by veteran actress, Fathia Balogun.

Moji Olaiya, who was one of the children of highlife music icon, Victor Olaiya, died on May 18 while abroad. She had her second daughter in March and reports have it that she must have had complications as a result of childbirth. Her baby was born premature.

She is survived by her two parents, her two daughters— one aged 18 and the other only two months old who she had gone to be delivered of in Canada.

Already sources said the Ayo Fayose-led government in Ekiti State has offered to fly in Moji’s remains from Canada this weekend.
