Moroccan model Laila Charani, one of the wives of politician Ned Nwoko, has unleashed a barrage of accusations against her junior wife, actress Regina Daniels, taking to Instagram to set the record straight on several issues.
In a string of posts shared on her Instagram Story, Laila admitted she smokes shisha but refuted claims linking her to drug use. She insisted she is ready to undergo a blood test and challenged Regina to do the same. According to her, “I didn’t say that I don’t smoke shisha, go bang your head against a wall. At least, I don’t do drugs, I can do blood tests for you and let her do it too.”
She also confronted allegations that she sleeps with men, demanding evidence to back such claims. Laila questioned why Regina would publicly criticise her while claiming not to harm other women. She wrote, “If you say I sleep with men, do you have proof of that? Show it to everyone, and you said you don’t like to hurt women? Why do you do that with me?”
Laila further argued that she is not pursuing men, but rather, men pursue her: “At least I am not following men; they’re the ones following me everywhere, so don’t talk without seeing anything.”
She took strong exception to comments allegedly made about her son, warning Regina to be cautious. “She is talking about my son. Is she scared to do something for her son? Be careful, I trust my children.”
Addressing claims that she returned to Ned Nwoko after apologising, Laila said she came back solely because of her children, clarifying that she is financially secure. “People are saying I came back with an apology. I did this for my children. I have four houses in Morocco, and I have a shop. Please stop this. We’re tired of this drama.”

Laila also directed some words at one of Regina’s friends, Ann, insisting they are not on the same level. “One of her friends, called Ann, look at your level before talking about me… You aren’t on my level, dear.”
She added that English is not her first language, explaining any mistakes in her writing: “If I made mistakes with my English, I am a Moroccan woman, and I speak French more than English.”
Ending her rant, Laila hinted at tension rooted in affection, stating, “He loved me, that’s why she couldn’t accept it, and she left him.”
