He was meant to go live and talk to his fans and followers. He did but died before he could complete his task. What happened to Tiktoker, ‘Disturbing’?
TikToker identified simply as Disturbing has died while doing a live video on social media.
The content creator, who was actively involved in the ‘Justice for Mohbad’ movement, died at his residence in the Ikorodu area of Lagos State on Thursday.
In a viral video capturing his final moments, Disturbing, also known by the nickname Buckle, appeared visibly distressed before suffering a seizure and collapsing on the spot.
The deceased was a popular cobbler and musician in his community and was well-known for his vocal support of the late singer Mohbad.
Reacting to his death, the deceased’s wife, identified simply as Omowunmi, shared a TikTok post explaining what happened.
She disclosed that her husband hit his head on a stone when he collapsed.

“Yesterday morning, my husband was on TikTok live video while I cooked his food in the kitchen. Suddenly, he had a seizure, fell down, and hit his head on a stone that was in front of him.
“Blood was coming out of his head. A young boy and some neighbours who were passing then saw him. They thought he had fainted so they started pouring water on him. The young boy ran inside and called me from the kitchen,” she narrated.
Omowunmi said she rushed out immediately and told the neighbours to stop pouring water on him, explaining that he was having a seizure.
“When I got there, I told them to stop pouring water and that it was a seizure. We quickly rushed him to the hospital, where they placed him on oxygen. He passed away this morning,” she added.
The grieving wife also revealed that this was not the first time her late husband had suffered a seizure, adding that he had been on medications for the condition.
“The last time he had it was in February. I have never left him by himself because of this seizure. If I were cooking in the kitchen, I would have grabbed him when the seizure happened. To everyone saying it was a spiritual attack. It is a pure medical issue,” she clarified.
However, his mother disagreed and disclosed that her son didn’t die of any medical condition but it was spiritually motivated.
She said, “My son was hale and hearty before his untimely death. He was on TikTok live talking about Mohbad when the attack came. Before this incident, some people have been calling me with a private number to warn him to stop talking about Justice for Mohbad. The wife that was talking yesterday didn’t know what she was saying. She had only married him for one year and my son had never been sick. He never had a seizure in his life. He really pursued Mohbad’s case and I warned him.
When he used to go to The Coroner Court, people called me to warn him to stop going. I told him but he didn’t listen to me. I am not Mohbad’s family member. What was my son’s business with Mohbad? God will deal with the person that attacked my son spiritually. If he had left Mohbad’s case, he would still be alive today. I am not a baby, go and watch that live video again, he paused for a while before he started shaking. It was not ordinary. Nigerians please help me.”
