Inter Milan stunned Bayern Munich with a dramatic 88th-minute winner on Tuesday night, snatching a 2–1 win in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League quarter-final clash.

Bayern started strong despite dealing with multiple injuries, pushing hard in the first half through Michael Olise and Harry Kane, but couldn’t find the net.
Inter Milan struck first in the 38th minute when Marcus Thuram’s clever backheel found Lautaro Martinez, who powered the ball into the top corner.
Veteran Bayern star Thomas Müller came off the bench and looked to rescue the night, scoring a poacher’s goal in the 85th minute to make it 1–1.
But Inter had other plans. Just three minutes later, they hit back on a fast counterattack, with Carlos Augusto setting up Davide Frattesi, who slotted in the winner.
The result ended Bayern’s 22-match unbeaten run at home in the Champions League, adding more pain to their injury-hit campaign.
Inter now heads into the second leg with a narrow but crucial advantage, keeping their dream of reaching the semi-finals alive.
