Controversial singer Portable has once again drawn public attention to his personal life following a heated domestic confrontation involving Ashabi Simple, one of the mothers of his children.
The incident came to light through a video shared on the singer’s Instagram story, showing an intense argument between Portable and several people at an undisclosed location.
Although the cause of the dispute was not clearly stated, the singer’s outbursts focused on tensions within his polygamous family structure.
In the clip, Portable claimed he was being attacked by his baby mamas and accused them of stopping him from carrying out his responsibilities.
“Are you all here to beat me? In this 2026… Bewaji is only my wife. All the rest of you are baby mamas,” he said during the confrontation.

He also appeared distressed, pleading, “Do not destroy my life for me.”
The video included a counter-allegation from an unidentified voice heard off-camera, calling on Ashabi Simple to leave the scene while accusing the singer of physical aggression.
“Ashabi, let us go. Someone that just slapped us now,” the voice claimed.
The episode adds to a long list of public controversies surrounding Portable’s private affairs. The singer has children with multiple women, including Ashabi Simple, Queen Damilola, Honey Berry, and Omobewaji Ewatomi, popularly known as Bewaji.
Portable and Honey Berry welcomed a son in December 2022 before parting ways in 2023. He is also a father of two children with Ashabi Simple. In May 2022, the singer had publicly disclosed his intention to marry up to 12 wives before turning 40.
