Wife of Ondo State governor Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu has shared a video on social media of her husband meeting his children and grandchildren.
She posted the video on Saturday with the caption, “Aketi my love.”
Dressed in white senator and a green cap, Governor Rotimi Akeredolu is seen in the video hugging his grandchildren as he is surrounded by his children.
The video also captured the moment Akeredolu and wife kissed during their wedding anniversary celebration.
Akeredolu arrived in Nigeria on Thursday from his medical trip to Germany.
Mrs Anyanwu-Akeredolu announced this on social media with a photo of her husband onboard an aircraft.
“Homebound,” she captioned the picture.
The governor began his medical leave in June and it was extended following advice from his doctors and approval by the House of Assembly.
Meanwhile, there have been calls from the opposition led by the Peoples Democratic Party for the governor, who has lost weight, to prove his fitness or resign.
