Fuji music star Wasiu Alabi Pasuma has issued a formal warning to several individuals and companies accused of using his creative works and image without permission.
In a legal notice dated June 5, 2026, and issued through his legal representatives, the singer alleged that multiple entities had been exploiting his intellectual property, including his photographs, likeness, sound recordings, musical compositions, and video content without authorization.
Pasuma claimed that some social media platforms, production companies, and digital distributors had been sharing and monetising his materials across various online services without his written approval.
He described the alleged actions as a breach of Nigeria’s copyright laws and an unlawful use of his creative assets.
The veteran singer demanded an immediate halt to all unauthorised usage, insisting that all related content be taken down from digital platforms and distribution channels.
He also requested a full breakdown of any revenue generated from the alleged exploitation of his works, as well as copies of any existing agreements authorising such use to be submitted to his legal team.
Pasuma gave the affected parties a 14-day deadline, up to June 19, 2026, to comply with his demands.

He warned that failure to do so would result in legal action, including possible claims for damages, injunctions, and other remedies under applicable law.
The notice listed several entities, including High Kay (Q) Dancent Ltd, Sarolaj Music & Films Intl, Role Model Entertainment Ltd, NextXtar, Stability Production, UMIam, Moh Saheed, OgaNla TV, Monya Shau Films & Records (O), and G3 Entertainment Limited.
Pasuma maintained that the notice was issued without prejudice to his rights and reserved the right to pursue further legal steps if necessary.
