Popular Nigerian chef Hilda Baci has officially become a three-time Guinness World Record holder, receiving her third certificate plaque in January after the organisation confirmed her latest achievement.
Sharing the milestone on Instagram on Friday, Baci reflected on her journey and the significance of the accomplishment.
“Third time. Not because I planned it. Not because I felt ready. But because God allowed it,” she wrote.
“Unboxing this record pack felt like reliving the moment all over again. The nerves. The faith. The sacrifice. The prayers. The belief that something bigger than me was happening.
“I don’t take this lightly. I don’t get used to it. I’m just deeply grateful. Thank you to everyone who has stood by me from the very first ‘let’s try’ to this third ‘officially amazing.’”

The Guinness World Records confirmed in January that Baci, in collaboration with food brand Gino Nigeria, earned her third record after her largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice in 2025 was recognised not only as the largest serving of jollof rice but also as the largest serving of rice globally.
This achievement adds to her previous record-breaking feats, including her first Guinness World Record in 2023 for completing the longest cooking marathon.
