Big Brother Naija winner, Lekan Agbeleshe aka Laycon has finally cleared the air on the housemate he revealed his SC genotype to, while in the BBNaija house.
Recall that the revelation of his SC genotype while the show was on, generated a lot of controversy on social media.
Hoever, Laycon in an interview with Inspiration FM today, revealed that Vee is the only housemate he remembered telling about being a Sickle Cell carrier.
According to the singer, he did that because he knew she would respect the information.
He went further to advise that there be creation of more awareness about SC genotypes.
Recall that last week, disqualified housemate, Erica came under fire after by fans of the show found out about Laycon’s genotype. Fans flashed back to the moment Erica insulted him about not taking his drug, and many believed she knew about his health condition hence the reason why she was bashed for being “insensitive” and using it against him.
But Laycon has now cleared her of having any knowledge
regarding his health status.
