Veteran Nollywood actor, Hafiz Oyetoro aka Saka, is happily married to Olaide.
The 16-year-old marriage which has produced three children has always been a source of nvy among Saka’s peers.
But Saka, who celebrated the wedding 16th anniversary on Friday May 24, has revealed the only regret he has in the marriage. 
According to the actor who was quite emotional with his post, ‘the only regret I have is that I got married to her just only sixteen years ago and not earlier than that.”
He wrote on his Instagram handle: “Today, (May 24 2019), sixteen years ago, Olaide Saidat said “yes” and we became husband and wife. But I have a regret. In my life, the only regret I have is that I got married to her just only sixteen years ago and not earlier than that. It has been sixteen years of loving and mature understanding. Sixteen years of sharing same vision, dreams, aspirations as a result of divine love. We have been moving from glorious heights to glorious heights. Every time that I consider the trend of things when I got married to this woman sixteen years ago, I always regret I didn’t marry her earlier, much more earlier. May be thirty years ago, forty years ago or even fifty years ago. Well better late than never. I thank ALLAH for granting me the grace to marry this wonderful, superb, and beautiful mother of our precious kids. Glory be to ALLAH for HIS grace and favour. Please kindly join us to celebrate our sixteenth wedding anniversary. Wishing you all a divinely blessed weekend.”
In an interview three years ago, when asked why his wife, Olaide married a poor artiste then, she responded, “I did not marry him because of material things. I married him because of the love I have for him.”
The actor who is known for his, ‘ I don port’ slogan disclosed that, “I have never had any regrets about marrying Laide. It has been from one level of progress to the other. I thank God for giving me the grace to meet her. I married her into a room and parlour apartment before we moved into the college staff quarters.
How did he propose?
Olaide recalled: “He said, ‘I want to marry you.’ There were no flowers or candles. When he proposed, I told him I was not ready for marriage and he asked me what I wanted to do. I told him I wanted to pursue a degree programme; he accepted and even bought me the entry form.”
