The traditional marriage held in his new wife’s hometown, Ogoja, Cross Rivers State on Saturday July 1.
Scores of footballers, comedians and other dignitaries attended the wedding after which the Leicester City FC Star, Ahmed Musa and his wife Juliet, held their thanksgiving service at St. Columba Catholic Church in Idum Mbube, Cross Rivers State on Sunday July 2.
Ahmed, who remains a Muslim, divorced his first wife, Jamila in April 2017 by issuing her a Saki Uku (final divorce notice).
Jamila, who is mum to Musa’s two young children Ahmed Jnr and Halima, is now back in Kano, Nigeria.
Ahmed Musa married Juliet Adeh legally in May 2017 at an Abuja registry.
Musa told Completesportsnigeria.com in an interview that he is once again happy as a married man.
“Marriage is not new to me but I believe it was a right move to make when I did,” Musa told Completesportsnigeria.com.
“The past remains in the past.
“I’m happy now and I think well and I can focus on my game which suffered a bit,” he said.
