Founder of Made Men Music Group (MMMG), Ubi Franklin, has revealed that he came close to committing suicide two years ago.
The 33-year-old music executive disclosed this in a tweet on Thursday.
“April 23rd 2017 after this photoshoot I wanted this to be the last pictures I will take in my life. On this day I was depressed out of my mind and wanted to take my life. Today I am grateful to God I didn’t,” he wrote.
Recall that the music executive was married to actress, Lillian Esoro in 2015. By 2016, before their first wedding anniversary, suspicions were rife that the couple had separated.
By 2017, the news was everywhere and the couple became a source of discourse online.
Ubi became a laughing stock when it was discovered he had a babymama before getting married to Lillian and another babymama even after his marriage to her.
Ubi and Lillian separated, went to court and despite his pleas to Lillian, she went ahead with a divorce.
Though their divorce was thwarted by a judge, who advised that they went back home and resolve their differences, Lillian has not shown any signs of a comeback.
The union produced a son.
