The end might not be near to the acrimony between Nollywood actors, Adeniyi Johnson and Toyin Aimakhu.
The duo married and separated amidst much drama.
Currently, Adeniyi has accused his ex-wife, Toyin Aimakhu, of having an affair with the movie producer, Seun Egbegbe, while they were still married.
Adeniji and Toyin got married in July 2013. The marriage was over by August 2015 following allegation the actor was involved with another woman.
He even admitted that he was caught flirting in an Instagram post where he wrote “I ADENIYI JOHNSON is at fault and not my wife… she reacted according to her pains and we all have different ways of reactions.”
He has now changed tunes.
Speaking with Ebuka in an interview on Channels Television on Sunday, the actor said “When a relationship doesn’t work, both people are at fault. But when it reaches the point where someone is being painted black and the other person is being painted as a saint, it can’t be a one-man factor to crash a marriage.
“For instance, I was accused of cheating. I heard a lot, I read a lot and till now there’s no evidence. The Internet doesn’t forget.
“Seun Egbegbe, permit me to mention the name, I’m not spiting anybody, I’m just making reference, he said as at May 31st they started seeing and we still celebrated our second year anniversary by July.
“But at the same time, I take all fault. If I had managed the situation well as a man. It wouldn’t have gotten to the point it got to.”
Toyin and Egbegbe went public with their affair in February 2016.
“Thanks to GOD for using you to bring happiness back to my life, you will never know sorrow and happiness will not be far from you. May GOD continue to bless and uplift you and may GOD give me the strength to be able to pay you back,” she wrote in an Instagram post.
However, Adeniyi has been rumoured to be re-married to Seyi Edun, an actress who had been romantically linked with even while married to Toyin.
Then, Seyi and Niyi had granted interviews and denied any amorous relationship with each other.
But immediately the drama between Toyin and Egbegbe began, Seyi and Niyi made sure the state of their relationship was exposed to their followers by their photos and captions.
But it seems they are now officially married as Adeniyi has been wearing a ring on the wedding finger of his left hand and so is Seyi.
