Nigerian pastor Tobi Adegboyega, who is based in the UK, is facing deportation to Nigeria following allegations of a £1.87 million fraud.

A UK Immigration Tribunal made the decision, which raised concerns about financial mismanagement and transparency issues within his church, Salvation Proclaimer Ministry Limited.

Tobi Adegboyega gained notoriety after his church was shut down in 2022 by the UK High Court over similar allegations. It was revealed that the pastor had been residing unlawfully in the UK after overstaying his visitor visa.

Although specific details of the tribunal’s ruling remain under wraps, the clergyman has yet to respond to the decision publicly. This comes shortly after he celebrated his birthday in the UK, an event Nigerian stars like Davido and other prominent entertainment figures attended.
