The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Bola Ahmed Tinubu has stated that only God gives and takes life.
The former Lagos State governor said this while speaking at an event organised to welcome him back to the country.
Recall that the Tinubu has been away from the country for the past three months where he underwent a knee surgery and physiotherapy.
Speaking on Sunday, Tinubu expressed thank God for bringing him back to Nigeria safely.
He said it was a day of joy for him and prayed for the organizers of the welcome back ceremony that God will grant them their heart desires.
He said: “I am a little emotional but I am happy to be back home. God is the giver of life and He alone can take it.”
