Popular Nigerian singer, Teniola Apata aka Teni has revealed why she embarked on an intensive workout to reduce her weight.
The singer in her new year message released in the early hours of Sunday, January 1 revealed that the desire to live made her take the decision.
According to her, she had always eaten anything she wanted to eat.
“I realized you only have one life. Me, I don’t want to die. If you need inspiration, look at me.
“Impossible is nothing!! Happy new year 23,” she said.
