Senator Stella Oduah and controversial businessman, Chief Ifeanyi Ubah have won their senate races in Anambra State, according to official results declared by INEC.

Oduah, the incumbent and candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Anambra North scored 113, 989 to defeat Hon. Chinedu Emeka of APGA and Senator Margery Okadigbo of the APC, who polled 59, 937 and 11, 995 respectively.

Also, Ubah, the candidate of the Young Progressive Party, YPP, won the Anambra South Senate seat with 87, 081 votes. His challengers, Chris Ubah (PDP) polled 62, 426, Nicholas Ukachukwu (APGA) polled 51, 269 and Senator Andy Ubah, the incumbent polled 13, 245.
