Nollywood actress Sharon Ooja has shared exciting news with fans after welcoming her first child, a baby boy, with her husband.
The actress announced the arrival of her son in an emotional Instagram post on Wednesday, where she opened up about her journey through pregnancy and motherhood.
Describing the newborn as “the most handsome baby boy,” Sharon said she was filled with gratitude and happiness over the new chapter in her life.
“I just gave birth to the most handsome baby boy I have ever seen 😍🥹❤️ I’m still so overwhelmed with joy and gratitude,” she wrote.
The actress said the experience of pregnancy changed her perspective on God’s love and deepened her faith.
“Pregnancy made me understand God’s love in such a deeper way… unconditional, intentional, and impossible to fully explain,” she stated.
Sharon also showered praises on her husband for standing by her throughout the pregnancy, appreciating his emotional and spiritual support during the past nine months.
“And to my husband… Thank you for loving me so fiercely beautifully through every stage of our pregnancy. The prayers, reassurance, back rubs, trips, baths, endless gifts, food runs and the way you carried me emotionally and spiritually these past 9 months… baby, you are truly everything,” she wrote.
She further thanked her family and close friends for helping her keep the pregnancy away from public attention, noting that the privacy allowed her enjoy the experience peacefully.
“Thank you to my family and friends for protecting our peace and allowing this journey to stay private, and off social media just as we requested,” she added.

The actress also encouraged couples trusting God for children, expressing confidence that their miracles would come at the right time.

Sharon revealed that her baby’s initials are “W.I.N,” adding that becoming a mother had always been one of her biggest dreams.
“Our lives have changed forever 😭❤️ ‘W.I.N’ that’s his initials 😍 I’ve always dreamed of being a mummy… and now I finally am 😭🥹❤️,” she added.
