Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has publicly accused her estranged husband, Ned Nwoko, of preventing her from seeing their children.
On her Instagram page, Daniels shared a video of herself speaking to her sons via video call, revealing that the last time she was able to communicate with them was in mid-November.
She expressed the deep emotional toll of being separated from her children, saying that while people may perceive her as happy, no mother can truly be at peace under such circumstances.
“People may believe that I am happy, but no mother can be at peace while separated from her children. I chose not to allow that pain to define or imprison me, which is why it took time for me to walk away,” Daniels wrote.
The actress criticised Ned Nwoko for frequently publicising their children online, suggesting that he does so to attract negative attention. She questioned the motives behind his actions, pointing out that as a public figure and former legislator, he should be aware of the media scrutiny such posts would generate.
“The repeated public exposure of my children reflects a troubling and deliberate pursuit of negative attention by their father. It is implausible that a public figure, particularly one with legislative experience, would be unaware that posting our children publicly at this time would inevitably attract media scrutiny,” she said.

Daniels also alleged that Ned had dismissed all her nannies, pressured them into making false claims accusing her of violence and alcohol abuse, and filed for full custody of the children, despite already having them in his care.
“I am left to wonder whether I am truly such a threat that I am being challenged so aggressively. I may be young, but I am such a mum, I enjoy being a mum, and I miss being a mum. It’s so crazy if their father thinks I won’t come for my children. I will definitely see my kids soon!” she added.
The actress’s statements highlight the ongoing tensions in her highly publicised family dispute, as she continues to advocate for her right to maintain a close relationship with her children.
