For businessman/politician, Senator Ned Nwoko, he was the trophy his wife, Regina Daniels chose over other suitors.
He also confirmed that he married Regina Daniels a virgin.
Speaking at a dinner which video clip was shared online recently, Senator Ned Nwoko explained how numerous suitors sought the hand of actress Regina Daniels before she chose to marry him.
Nwoko expressed his admiration for her in the presence of her mother, Rita Daniels and some guests.
Senator Nwoko revealed that Regina had many suitors, including pastors, film producers and oil magnates but she ultimately chose him.
“She’s such a gem. She told me there were so many suitors, including reverend pastors, oil bunkers, film producers, and many of them. She gave me the list of her suitors. They were sending her things but she didn’t say ‘yes’ to any of them,” Nwoko said.
The senator also expressed gratitude to Regina’s mother Rita Daniels for raising her well, noting his appreciation for her resolve and virtue.
He said he was “grateful her daughter was a virgin and it’s from her resolve to be strong.”
Nwoko further explained that their union came about with minimal traditional formalities.
According to him, he didn’t have to go through many processes or visit anyone from her father’s side.
“I just went to her mother and everything was sorted out,” he said.
The couple recently celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary on May 28, 2024.
They have two sons together.
