Comedian Princess has released another strongly worded response to those attacking her online following the release of Nollywood actor Olanrewaju Omiyinka, widely known as Baba Ijesha.

Baba Ijesha was freed on Friday, November 15, after spending over three years behind bars on allegations of child molestation. His colleague, Yomi Fabiyi, who announced the news on Instagram, told fans that the Appeal Court had cleared him. He added that the actor had returned “better” than before.

Reacting in a new video posted on her Instagram page, Princess criticised individuals mocking her over the development. She challenged them sarcastically, saying, “I can see some people cursing me that God will punish me after Baba Ijesha was released from prison. God doesn’t support child defilement. You all can send your daughters to him for Christmas.”

Princess insisted that Baba Ijesha remains a convicted predator who should not be allowed access to vulnerable spaces. “Baba Ijesha is a convicted serial paedophile and rapist. He had dozens of victims. I am now calling on schools, hotels and landlords not to allow him in their premises,” she warned.

She also urged authorities to take further steps to protect the public. “His full name is Olanrewaju James Omiyinka. I am also calling on the Lagos State Government to publish his name publicly as a sx offender,”* she said.

According to Princess, his pattern of behaviour makes him dangerous. She alleged: “He rpes both young and adult. This is how he operates: after he has assaulted a child somewhere, he will leave his house in the middle of the night and relocate. He has lived in Mafoluku, Oworo, Lagos Island, etc.”*
