Controversial singer, Portable, has taken to social media to counter claims by Queen Dami that they are no longer romantically involved, sharing screenshots of private messages and financial transactions to support his stance.
In a series of now-deleted Instagram stories, the street-pop artist posted images of chats dated January 1, 2026, which included a ₦200,000 transfer he reportedly sent to Dami. According to him, the exchange proves that he has continued to support her, despite her public insistence that their relationship is over.
Expressing frustration, Portable claimed that his efforts often go unnoticed, accusing Dami of being ungrateful and dishonest about their current status. He insisted that he has been settling her bills and questioned her reasons for denying him.

Earlier, during a live video session, the singer alleged that he and Dami had reconciled and had been spending time together, including overnight visits. He said he was shocked by her public denial, especially given the financial support he claimed to provide.
In her reaction, Queen Dami released screenshots of a formal petition addressed to Portable, reiterating that he is her former partner and that any claim of an ongoing romantic or sexual relationship is untrue. She stressed that she has moved on and wants no further involvement with him.
Dami also issued a legal warning, demanding that the singer retract his statements and stop spreading what she described as false and damaging claims, or face legal consequences and possible financial damages.
