Always-in-trouble musician, Portable, takes to social media on Wednesday to slam Fuji maestro, Saheed Osupa, he cites reasons for calling him ‘Big For Nothing’
Controversial hip hop artiste, Portable is at war again. This time, he claimed to be ready to slug it out with Fuji music act, Saheed Osupa.
Wondering why he is calling Osupa names? Well, this happened after the latter reported his (Portable) song for copyright infringement, leading to its removal from streaming platforms.
In a now-deleted Instagram video shared on Wednesday, Portable expressed his frustration after his song was taken down from Spotify and Apple Music following a complaint by Osupa and his distributors.
The controversial singer accused Osupa of failing to support his career, contrasting him with fellow Fuji star Pasuma, who he claims has been more accommodating.
“Saheed Osupa, you are big for nothing. If you can’t embrace me, I will drag you. You sing Fuji while I sing hip hop.
“The same way I used a line from your music is the same way I removed three verses from Pasuma. But Pasuma never reported my song.
“Keep your distance if you can’t embrace me like the way Pasuma adopted me like his own child. Osupa is a good man,” he said.
Portable’s comments have sparked mixed reactions, with some criticizing his outburst while others weighed in on the implications of copyright disputes in the Nigerian music industry.
