The Lagos State Police Force has made a significant development in the investigation into the death of the late singer, Mohbad.
Popular socialite Balogun Olamilekan Eletu, also known as Sam Larry, has been arrested in connection with the case.
The circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s death on September 12 have raised suspicions, with many pointing fingers at celebrities Naira Marley and Sam Larry.
While Naira Marley denies any involvement and remains abroad, the police have taken Sam Larry into custody. According to the police spokesman, Benjamin Hundeyin, Sam Larry is now cooperating with the authorities as they continue their investigation.
“Balogun Olamilekan Eletu aka Sam Larry is now in our custody. He is currently assisting with ongoing investigation.”
