Still on
his historic visit to the United States, the Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye
Ogunwusi, was at the Marlton Golf Club with his entourage to play golf.
Accompanied by his wife, Olori Wuraola, it was a rare sight as he tried to play
golf in his royal attire. Located in the Marlton Community in Upper Marlboro,
Maryland, the Marlton Golf Club is the first public course in Prince George’s
county with bent grass fairways and greens, Marlton is a par 71 layout that
plays between 4600 yards (forward tees) to 6200 yards (back tees). This
year-round, 18-hole course is nestled within 160 acres of beautiful
landscaping.
