C.E.O of Eric Manny Entertainment, Mr Okwudili Umenyiora, was on Friday arrested for attempting to kill popular singer,Runtown
According to reports, the former boss of the singer was apprehended at the early hours of Friday, April 20,2018, while he was at the gym. It was gathered that he was whisked away by security operatives to Alagbon police station to write his statement after allegedly threatening the singer with a gun.
It may be recalled that the record label owner and Runtown who was once an artiste of the company, have been at logger heads for quite some time.
It appears prior to this attempted murder saga, both parties have disagreed on certain issues involving Runtown’s indebtedness to the record label company. The record label was also accused of doctoring a sex tape to frame Runtown up and blackmail him; a report that the record label has since reacted to, stating it had absolutely nothing to do with the rumour.
But after a few hours, Okwudili took to Instagram to share a video of himself relaxing in his house and denying allegations that he was arrested.
The ‘Mad Over You’ crooner, Runtown has not publicly reacted to the release of the accused person
