Popular TikTok personality Hamzat Habeeb Adelaja, better known as Peller, has officially received the keys and ownership documents to his new mansion in Abuja, gifted to him by billionaire businessman Ochacho.
The property was first announced as a wedding gift to Peller, with its reported value put at N400 million.
On Friday, Ochacho fulfilled his promise by personally presenting the keys and documents to Peller in the presence of music executive Soso Soberekon.
While handing over the property, the billionaire clarified that the mansion came with no conditions, stressing that Peller was not expected to promote his business or provide any service in exchange for the gift.
“The house is for free!
No be say them call you for back to do advert or anything. It’s for free! You are the first person we are giving a house.”
Ochacho also showered Peller with prayers, expressing confidence that the young content creator would experience even greater financial success.
He predicted that Peller would receive more properties from other wealthy individuals and eventually be gifted a house in London by his own children.
“God will embarrass you with wealth. You have not seen anything. People are going to dash you estates. Very soon, my sons will give you a key to a house in London.”

The handover comes after Ochacho surprised Peller with the Abuja property during his wedding celebrations.
Peller has gained widespread popularity through his TikTok content and has remained a prominent figure in Nigeria’s growing creator economy.
