For Oladotun Kayode aka OAP Do2dtun, his daughter’s birthday always elicit an emotion that cannot be expressed.
Today, November 21, one of his daughters marked her eighth birthday and he again reminded the public that he still has no access to his daughters.
Sharing an emotional birthday message, he expressed his unwavering love and longing for her.
Dotun shared touching moments of his time with his daughter before their separation on Instagram on Thursday, alongside a heartfelt birthday note.
In the message to his daughter Fioreyimika, the radio personality shared how much he misses her and prayed for her success despite the challenges.
“FIOREYIMIKA, You are 8 today. Wherever God has led you to, you will succeed there against all odds. As for Daddy, I will be here waiting, aging well, and praying for you. Till we meet again. Happy Birthday to my very goofy one & carbon copy,” Dotun wrote.
The celebratory post comes amid a custody battle between Dotun and his estranged wife, Taiwo Oyebanjo.
The couple who share two daughters have been locked in a legal dispute since 2022, when Taiwo filed for divorce after nearly ten years of marriage.
She accused Dotun of domestic violence and forcing her to have an abortion, allegations which he continues to deny.
