Regina Daniels:
Married to Senator Ned Nwoko, she said she got married as a virgin. In fact, Nwoko recently expressed his admiration for her in the presence of her mother, Rita Daniels and some guests.
Senator Nwoko revealed that Regina had many suitors, including pastors, film producers and oil magnates but she ultimately chose him.
“She’s such a gem. She told me there were so many suitors, including reverend pastors, oil bunkers, film producers, and many of them. She gave me the list of her suitors. They were sending her things but she didn’t say ‘yes’ to any of them,” Nwoko said.
The senator also expressed gratitude to Regina’s mother Rita Daniels for raising her well, noting his appreciation for her resolve and virtue.
He said he was “grateful her daughter was a virgin and it’s from her resolve to be strong.”
Nwoko further explained that their union came about with minimal traditional formalities.
According to him, he didn’t have to go through many processes or visit anyone from her father’s side.
“I just went to her mother and everything was sorted out,” he said.
The couple recently celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary on May 28, 2024.
They have two sons together.
Tawa Ajisefini-Alli
Tawa got married in 2019 to Mayowa Alli. She confessed that she was a virgin when she got married. “I was around 31 years when I got married but I was a virgin.”
Asked why she remained a virgin for such a long time being an actress and she said, “I didn’t like men and didn’t want any relationship that would lead to heartbreak. I made up my mind not to lose my virginity to any man except the one who married me.
“Ironically, I waited five years before we became parents. Initially, I wasn’t bothered because I wanted to know my husband more before the kids start coming. I rest assured that I married him a virgin and would get pregnant with ease.
