Former President Goodluck Jonathan may have finally joined the All Progressives Congress afterall.
Although the former president is yet to announce his defection, there were reports that he had joined the party in Bayelsa State.
However, the latest tweet of President Muhammadu Buhari’s aide on New Media, Bashir Ahmad seems to put pay to the report that Jonathan might have joined the ruling party.
In a tweet on Thursday morning, Ahmad described as uninformed the supporters of the former president that said he could never join the ruling party.
He said, ” When I shared the news of former President Jonathan joining our party, his uninformed supporters insulted me saying that can never happen even in the wildest dream.
“They should know that we know something they don’t know and not everything plan and execute(sic) on social media.”
