Former first lady of Mavin Records, Tiwa Savage, laments that Nigerian women are always pulling her down and wonders when it will stop.
Savage, who is presently a single mom, made her thoughts public on twitter when she reacted to a female troll that compared hers songs to that of another sensational Nigerian singer, Simi, suggesting that Simi is a better singer because according to the troll, she makes songs for people in a healthy relationship while Tiwa sings for ‘Ashawo’ (prostitutes).
