Late Ajimobi and daughter, Abisola

Just 40-something days after his death and burial, the late APC’s former National Chairman, Senator Abiola Ajimobi will always  remain in the hearts of his immediate family, especially his beautiful daughters.

Blessed with four daughters and a son, the late politician was known to be very close to his daughters who don’t hesitate to post  and share some of their private activities with their father even when he was a governor.

His first daughter, Abisola Ajimobi-Daisi, seems to be very close to her father.

Not only that, she is missing him and took to Instagram to reveal what her father stood for before and after death.

Abisola, who is the most fashionable of the Ajimobi girls wrote of her father whom she described as her bestfriend:

“It’s been a tough few months to say the least; watching my dad fall sick, praying so much for his healing and keeping the faith alive. Broken doesn’t completely encompass the way that I feel. I’ve lost my best friend forever and I am Literally living in my greatest fear. The mere thought of this happening would make me weep over the years and now here I am – Living it! I’m learning a lot about grief sooner than I would have wanted to… I reckon am in for an emotional rollercoaster. Each day is different but I’m choosing to immerse myself in the process, in hope that I rebuild myself or find my new self (perhaps) around this huge loss I have suffered. I miss you too much Daddy ❤️ I promise, I won’t let the tears mar the smiles that you gave me and beautiful memories you engraved in my heart forever. In life, I loved you deeply. In transition, I love you deeper. (I still can’t use the D$&@@ word) In my heart you will always hold YOUR place that no one else will EVER fill.”

Married to Kolapo Kola-Daisi , Abisola also revealed what her father’s greatest legacy is.

She wrote, “Time really does fly and my dad not being here is my new reality. I have many moments when his departure feels so surreal. I miss him so deeply but I am also happy that he lived his life to the fullest and left his greatest legacy – a family united in deep love and appreciation for one another. My dad was never scared of death; He Self actualized. I have peace knowing that we shared a very special and irreplaceable bond and through is family, he lives on Forever. #AbiKD”

Senator Abiola Ajimobi kicked the bucket on June 25, 2020 after suffering from COVID-19  complications.
