Comedian Mr. Jollof has advised Davido to offer a sincere apology to Amaju Pinnick, his fans, and the people of Warri for failing to appear at a show for which he was paid.
This comes in response to allegations by the former NFF president that he paid Davido $94,600 and an additional $18,000 for his flight, only for the singer to not show up for the event.
Davido had responded to these accusations by criticizing Pinnick and recalling how he was not well-received by the people of Warri during his time as NFF president.
Mr. Jollof, who hails from the Warri region, advised Davido to apologize rather than escalate the situation.
He argued that Davido’s actions were disrespectful to his fans and the people of Warri who had paid a significant amount of money to see him perform.
Mr. Jollof’s suggestion is that Davido should acknowledge his mistake and make amends with the disappointed fans and organizers of the event.
