Joseph Aloba, father of late singer Mohbad, has stated that he will still sue his daughter-in-law, Wunmi, even if a DNA test confirms that Liam is truly his grandson.
Speaking in a recent interview, Aloba expressed frustration over the lack of clarity surrounding his son’s death, nearly two years after his passing.
Why He Plans to Sue Wunmi
According to him, one of his major concerns is that Wunmi allegedly took the child, Liam, to environments unfit for a baby, including clubs where heavy smoking took place.
“Even if DNA proves that Liam is my grandson, I will still sue her because how can they be taking a 5-month-old boy to shows where there are lots of weed smokers?”
He also questioned why the investigation into Mohbad’s death has not yielded answers, emphasizing that there should be forensic evidence from the house where the singer died.
“Help me beg the government because I’m tired, I don’t know what else to do. For two years now, there’s been no answer. Someone died in the house; at least there were cameras inside and outside. What about forensic investigation?”
His Current Priorities
Aloba stressed that his main focus is finding out what killed Mohbad and confirming Liam’s paternity, adding that he has no interest in his late son’s properties.
The controversy surrounding Mohbad’s death, DNA test demands, and family disputes continues to unfold, keeping the late singer’s case in the public eye.
