Grieving mum of late music star, Ilerioluwa Aloba, aka Mohbad has revealed a certain prophecy which spoke about the greatness of her son as a music star.
Speaking to journalists, Mohbad’s mum disclosed how her sister-in-law visited them while their firstborn, a girl, was less than two years old.
According to her, Mohbad’s father’s sister, who is a prophetess, had told her that the spirit of God had led her to Mohbad’s mother never to abort any pregnancy after the firstborn.
She (prophetess) declared that God said he was giving the family a glorious child who would be a shining star all over the world.
She also prophesied that the child would take great care of his mum and be merciful towards her.
She specifically stated that God said they should christen him Ilerioluwa (Promise).
Of course the parents named him Ilerioluwa when he was given birth to him 27 years ago.
Mohbad, whose death was announced last Tuesday on social media by his management was allegedly harassed and bullied by miscreants said to have been on the payroll of the Marlian Records label which he exited in 2022.
Though he was alleged to have died as a result of an injection for an ear infection, Nigerians especially the youth have organised peaceful processions in some states of the country urging government to investigate the cause of death and probe the harassment he experienced before his death.
