For beautiful screen goddess, Mide Funmi-Martins, things have fallen apart between her and Bolatito Salami aka Zanzee, her best friend.
The two who once got many envious with their show of love on social media, are no longer on talking terms.
What could have gone wrong?
Mide, who was once Zanzee fashion label ambassador, has currently floated her own fashion label called Ewamide Empire—she sells boubous and Abayas like her former best friend.
“Zanzee and Mide are no longer friends. Mide doesn’t showcase Zanzee’s designs again. Though many are saying Mide is ungrateful to her former friend since she was the one who introduced her into the world of fashion, it’s obvious Mide has found other big girls as friends,” a reliable source told Kemiashefonloveaven.
This frosty wall built by these two friends must have also affected Zanzee’s relationship with Mide’s husband, Afeez Owo, who was a good friend of Zanzee.
“Zanzee should also be grateful to Mide because most of the actors who are Zanzee’s ambassadors were brought by Mide and her husband,” a reliable source said.
But the fight started before Mide floated her fashion label?
“Yes, it did but Mide’s quest to float her own business and be brand ambassador to other fashion outfits triggered the brouhaha. She got other fashion contracts which didn’t go down well with friend and they parted ways.”
Currently, both friends are busy competing on social media. Zanzee, who is well off, is employing the services of star actors such as Bolanle Ninalowo and his wife to showcase her stuffs, while Mide is modeling her dresses herself.
