For Pastor Faith Oyedepo and Bishop David Oyedepo, love is not magical. According to Mrs Oyedepo, who clocked 60 years in February 2018, a loving relationship must be nurtured.
She said, ” Love is never a magical, mysterious emotion that two people fall into or out of for no apparent reason. The truth is different: Loving relationships must be nurtured. They take work. Love is care and consideration directed toward another person, not just an ethereal emotion.”
They got married in 1982. The union which produced four children—David Junior, Isaac, Love and Joyce— has been an inspiration to thousands of Christians.
