Actress Lizzy Anjorin has dared filmmaker Faith Ojo to provide evidence of her claim that her husband Adegboyega Lateef Lawal is one of those involved in an alleged land grabbing.
Faith earlier called the actress’ husband on her Instagram account saying that the land belongs to her.
She wrote: “Good day everyone. My attention has been drawn to the circulating news about Liz Anjorin’s husband, Alhaji Lateef LAWAL, who is accused alongside others for land grabbing in Lagos. Yes, I can confirm that the story is genuine and the land belongs to me. I purchased the said land 4 years ago and I planned to build an orphanage there for needy kids under my foundation.
“I won’t be able to say much for now as the matter is currently in Court. I have strong belief in Nigeria’s judiciary and I am confident that the right thing will be done. This case will deterrent index to all others who seek to reap where they did not sow. Land grabbing and all other associated shady dealings are evil. God bless you all. Faith Ojo.”
Reacting on her Instagram page on Monday, Lizzy wrote: “MADAM WE SYMPATHISE WITH YOU… CAN YOU POST THE RECIPT OF THOSE THAT COLLECTED MONEY FROM YOU OR YOU ARE TRY TO CHANGE THE NARRATIVE ? IF YOU ARE NOT IN A GAME TO SET ME UP TO DESTROY ME KINDLY HELP US WITH RECEIPT OF UR CLAIMS IF YOU CAN IT MEANS YOU WANT TO JOIN SEPETERI GISTLOVER TO K*LL ME.” (sic)
