This seems to be the beginning of a legal war between two estranged lovers.
For Mrs Farida Okulaja, this is the time to take her case to court and get justice for what her estranged husband, Mr Demola Okulaja did to her.
Recall the two separated just a few weeks after their star-studded celebrity wedding in Lagos on June 1, 2023.
The lady, who later attempted suicide but was rescued, has suffered emotional trauma ever since.
“Farida is a peace-loving woman who focuses on her business and has made a name for herself in the skincare industry. She married Demola after her previous marriage crashed. She actually thought she would get the peace needed in the warm hands of Demola.
Demola, who was just returning from the United States, had dated Farida while they were both in London but she later married Tunde Sobowale.
It was the crash of that union that threw her into the arms of Demola who showered Farida with love and promised to help her do all he could to make sure she remained happy forever.
This must have prompted Farida to release her money to Demola who spent all she gave him. He came in jobless into Nigeria early January 2023 after serving in a US prison. It was Farida who rehabilitated him and gave him a face-lift. She even lent him money to do so many things while he was courting her. Already, she calculated N49million which Demola hasn’t given her a dime!
He proposed to her and she agreed to marry him. Of course, there were discrepancies from Demola but she ignored and went ahead to marry him,” revealed her friends to Kemiashefonlovehaven.
Wondering why Farida released so much money to Demola?
“First, she loved him and was ready to do anything to make her happy. Moreover, Demola was planning to sell his apartment in the United States and told Farida that he would refund all her money after the sale of the property.”
Currently vacationing in London, Farida is said to have vowed to do all her best possible to have her money back.
She is said to have contacted prominent lawyers in Lagos who would represent her in court if Demola refuses to refund the N49million.
Calls made to Farida and Demola’s phones were not answered as at the time of filing this report.
However, Mr Demola has been on social media since Saturday flaunting dollars in some viral videos.
