Fuji legend Wasiu Ayinde, widely known as KWAM 1, has taken aim at bloggers who share stories about people’s personal lives, accusing some of turning private issues into content for online engagement.
The singer made the remarks in a video recorded during a performance at a social event, where he criticised bloggers who, according to him, focus on the mistakes of others while ignoring their own shortcomings.
KWAM 1 warned that those who use people’s personal experiences to attract attention would eventually face consequences for their actions.
“To all you evil bloggers who blog about other people’s lives just to get traffic, keep going, you shall be rewarded. All evil bloggers will suffer until old age,” he sang.
“You know in your heart that what you’re doing is wrong, and you shall all receive your judgment. You blog about other people’s lives, yet yours is far from perfect.”
His comments surfaced shortly after he attracted criticism over a viral video where he spoke about leaving personal belongings, including clothes and footwear, at the homes of women he had previously dated, especially those who had children for him.
The controversy also followed an allegation by Ogechi Eleana, who accused the singer of failing to support their 12-year-old daughter.

Eleana claimed that she and KWAM 1 were together for more than seven years before she became pregnant, alleging that he asked her to end the pregnancy and promised to provide financial assistance through an aide but did not fulfil the promise.
The Fuji musician has rejected the claim, describing the pregnancy as “useless” and “a free gift” during a stage performance.
