On Friday January 19, 2024, Nollywood actor Kunle Remi married former Miss Boluwatiwi Oye in a classy customary ceremony which went viral online.
Fondly called Tiwi, Kunle’s wife is a twin and her brother, Boluwatife was all tears at the wedding when summoned to make a speech ar the ceremony, Cladd in Aso Oke like that of their parents, Boluwatife eulogised his twin sister (she is Kehinde while he is Taiwo). Boluwatiwi, a Yoruba name, simply means, “As God Has Said.’
Surprisingly, the bride’s mum, Tola, who is billionaire Femi Otedola’s younger sister is married to Pastor Bimbola Oye from Iyin Ekiti. She is also a twin and her twin sister was present at the wedding.
Born of late Sir Michael Otedola, Femi Otedola’s younger sister is also a pastor.
But then, Tiwi is said to be a strong prayer warrior too. Her nuclear family is said to be devout Christians who trained their kids well
Not a few of the guests were surprised at the presence of billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola and his wife Nana. Their daughter, Tolani, was also one of the bride’s aso ebi bridesmaids
