Just as football legend, Kanu Nwankwo struggles to get his properties back from the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), his young wife, Amara has declared war on his younger brother Ogbonna Kanu.
The cold war between Amara and Ogbonna Kanu was made evident over the weekend when Amara wrote a comment on Ogbonna’s post on Instagram.
Ogbonna had posted a photo of a ticket to the Leeds United game going down on Saturday, and revealed he was viewing it live.
He captioned the photo: “Leeds united game today. am there live.” (sic)
If he thought he scored a point doing that, he was wrong.
Amara, the 31-year-old wife to Ogbonna’s elder brother, Kanu dropped a “bombshell”.
She wrote in the comment section:
“You are a coward and liar. That’s my sons ticket. He was supposed to follow his dad to the Leeds game today but no. You have never allowed Kanu to be in peace with his family. You tried that with me all these years thinking I will die and now you want to come near my children. You can’t. You won’t. Oloshi oloriburuku. Borrow pose. @ogbobekee1, don’t mess with my children’s things or their dad.” (sic)
Ogbonna is married to Linda Ikeji’s sister, Laura. 
Amara, who married Kanu at 18, has intentionally kept off Laura Ikeji’s Instagram page and not associated with her openly.
Even when Laura had a baby in 2017, Amara neither made mention of it nor posted any congratulatory message on Laura’s page.
Already, comments have started pouring in on Laura’s page and many are condemning her and her husband for infringing on Amara’s rights in Kanu’s home.
