Former P-Square manager and music executive, Jude Okoye, has denied allegations of financial misconduct and royalty diversion made against him by his younger brother, Peter Okoye.
In a video shared on Sunday, Jude insisted that all royalty payments and financial distributions were handled in accordance with existing agreements and were properly documented.
Responding to claims that over $1.2 million in royalties had been diverted, Jude said the allegations had already been investigated by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and that the matter is currently before a competent court.
According to him, “allegations that Peter was removed as a signatory to company bank accounts or denied access to royalty records are false.”
Jude maintained that bank records, financial documents and digital evidence relating to the dispute have already been tendered before the court as part of the ongoing proceedings.

He also urged the public to disregard comments and speculations circulating on social media about the family dispute, saying he would allow the judicial process to establish the facts.
The latest response comes amid the prolonged rift between the Okoye brothers, whose disagreements over financial and business affairs have continued to generate widespread public attention.
